We want you to love your purchases as much as we love curating products for you. Our shipping options allow you to choose when your package arrives. We also understand sometimes an item may not work for you. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we readily accept returns and exchanges. Shipping is a flat rate based on when you would like your package to arrive. You can choose the method of shipping at check out:

All shipping is based on business days and does not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 2:00pm ET will be processed the following business day. Delivery does not occur on weekends or holidays.
For shipment to a PO Box, please choose Standard. UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes, so 2nd Day and Overnight require a street address.
We can ship to the United States and Canada, as well as to US military APO boxes. Canadian shipments will require the purchaser to pay any import duties or fees associated with the shipment. APO addresses must be sent via Standard as only the USPS can deliver to military mailboxes.

Perfumes containing alcohol may not be shipped internationally or mailed domestically using air transportation. Orders including perfume(s) and requesting air delivery (overnight, 2nd day) will be downgraded or split shipped (with non-perfume products shipping air). We cannot ship perfume items in Canadian orders and will process item refunds as needed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. and cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries due to conditions beyond our control (such as severe weather or carrier service interruptions).
Please be sure all returned items are accompanied by the invoice or packing slip and are returned un-worn and undamaged, with original tags attached. Kindly note the reason for your return on the back of the provided packing slip. If you are returning a gift purchased by someone else, please make sure we have your contact information including name, phone number and email address (plus mailing address if requesting an exchange). You are welcome to return online orders to any Altar’d State or Arula store location. Please bring the order invoice to the store location along with the items for return.
Use the button below to request a return label. There is a $8.95return shipping fee charged for use of this label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund price for mailed returns using our return label. Even exchanges will not incur the return shipping fee.
If you opt to use your own return label, please mail to: Altar'd State, Attn: Returns, 235 Partnership Parkway Maryville, TN 37801. Regular-price items (prices ending in .00 or .95) purchased online can be returned or exchanged in stores with the invoice or packing slip.

If you need to make a return, please make sure all items are accompanied by the receipt, invoice or packing slip and are un-worn and undamaged, with original tags attached. Returns accompanied by the receipt are eligible for your preference of a refund, exchange or store credit. Without a receipt, we will happily offer an exchange or store credit at the current selling price. Items with a price ending in .88 is considered final sale and not eligible for return.
